Ingredients
- 16 oz or 1 lb of Conchiglie Rigate Noodles
- 1-cup miracle whip
- 3 oz real bacon bits
- 4 cups or 1 Head of Romaine lettuce
- 5 Roma tomatos
- 1-cup carrots
- 1-cup radishes
- 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Boil water for the noodles
- Rinse all the vegetables.
- Cut the lettuce, carrot sticks, radishes, and tomatoes up and set aside.
- Rinse the boiled and cooked noodles and place into a large bowl.
- Add the miracle whip and stir.
- Add the bacon bits and stir.
- Add the tomatoes, carrots, radishes and stir.
- Lastly add the romaine lettuce. I sometimes add (2) cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
